Children’s activities on a Sunday
As a family church, children are part of the worship in the service until they leave the main arena at 10:50. Most of our children's activities for Yr R through to Yr 6 follow Hillsong Programme, however we do also look at mission and other topics during the year. We have varied activities, to allow optimal learning experiences for the different age groups.
Twinkle Toes for pre-schoolers aged 2 1/2-4 yrs
This fun and exciting group takes place in Happy Feet room. There is plenty of opportunity for creative play, activities and story telling as your little ones discover the God of the Bible.
If you have a child younger than this then you are welcome to come along and join in with the activities but we ask that parents and carers stay with children younger than 2 and a half
Sometimes children find it daunting when there are many changes and so, when they start primary school for the first time they may struggle with the move to a bigger group in church. If you feel your child would benefit from remaining in this group when they first start school please speak to one of the children's team in Twinkle Toes.
Sunday School for school years R to 6
This large group can be found in the auditorium but will also spread into other spaces at times. Together the children will hear truths from the Bible and explore in smaller groups what these mean for them and experience how their relationship can grow with Jesus
If you would like your child/children to be a part of our vibrant children's work on a Sunday morning, then please complete a registration form for them (this will be available on our downloadable resources very soon) This will enable us to safeguard your child/children whilst they are with us as they will register each time they attend. It will also ensure that you collect them from their group and keep them with you once the planned children's activities are finished. We thank you for your support in this matter.
